HANZ & JANE

The food has improved a lot since my first visit, with better flavors and quality. Their creative decor always adds a nice touch, and the Chinese New Year vibe is definitely there. Great to see their progress—I’ll be back.

I recently made a special dinner arrangement for my parents in conjunction with Parents’ Day and was truly impressed by the experience. The team at HANZ & JANE was incredibly accommodating — from processing the pre-payment smoothly to ensuring my parents felt welcomed and well taken care of. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the location is ideal, right outside our residence area in Bercham, Ipoh. The food was delicious, the service attentive, and the price point very reasonable — especially compared to KL restaurant dining. Truly value for money. I genuinely appreciate the care and effort the team put in. recommended for special occasions or simply a good meal out with loved ones.

Good flavorful food, nice ambiance. Beverage wise, the green tea isn't exactly green tea, it is sweetish. That's all I have to complain about.

The ambience of the cafe are nice and chill but that day I visit this shop there are 3-4 kids keep running around the dining area and making so much noise...The decoration of the cafe are very nice and pretty too. We try some of the beverages like the iced chocolate and blooming tea, not bad. I can't take the affogato cuz I don't like coffee that much tho, the price is a bit higher and they have various type of food to choose, there are many cute and cool desserts worth to try.

It's been quite a while my friend and I have not visited Hanz & Jane, we dropped in for early lunch. I missed their Rendang chicken rice, so that's my choice , my friend ordered the Roasted chicken with brown sauce and we also order the onion rings. The Rendang chicken rice is good,not so spicy and the chicken is nicely cut with bone removed. As for the roasted chicken, a whole leg nicely baked with the skin very crispy and the meat is very juicy served with green salad, mashed potato and brown sauce, nice combination. I loved the onion rings, so crispy and tasty. I am the fan of cappuccino,well it might not be the best cappuccino in town but the christmas tree on the cappuccino truely attractive and we did feel Christmas festive atmosphere with the christmas decoration in the cafe!

Nice environment. Was happy that it's not too crowded. We ordered grilled lamb shoulder, grilled chicken chop with creamy cheese sauce, mushroom soup with buns, orange juice and latte. Satisfied with the food although the lamb shoulder is slightly tough. Will come again.

This food outlet has been operating for 4 years but I just was recommended to try their food. Finally, tried the food and I am not disappointed. Good food and cosy ambience. Will definitely come back to try more of their cuisine.
